Something to bump tighten up the frequency based on the number of cycles you want per the original sin wave; ex sin(A*x) -- where A=3 or 4 or so.Then multiply all that by a sawtooth wave to get that taper.A year or so ago I watched a video of some dude writing a basic sound generator in C++ and he had a really good example that seems like it would be relevant here; he even shared a website that plots your equations to make it easy to visual.Wish I could that video for you, but my bookmarks are an absolute mess.
