They were still billed as "Riot" in Japan for a while afterwards though because apparently they still owed their label a few more albums.

Sepultura kind of. The bassist is considered to be a member since the beginning, BUT he was such a shitty bassist he never actually recorded anything with the band until almost 10 years after the band formed.
Napalm Death iirc only had one original member left when they started recording their first album, and by the time they finished the entire band had changed except the drummer (who was not an original member). Pretty sure they did another full rotation of members after that as well.

The Little River Band, which is a bit of a weird one. Basically, a couple of the guys from the later '80s lineups that no one cared about bought the rights to the name in the early 2000s from the original Australian guys when it was worthless and continued to tour on it. When the original Aussies discovered they'd make a huge fuckup years later, they tried to sue over it and lost. The current band have recorded new material under the LRB name and their touring setlist now is almost entirely comprised of stuff from the original '70s lineup.

La Sonora Matancera has been active for more than one hundred years, of course there are no original members left.
There were several version of The Sweet that had the rights to play under the name in different territories. The one that plays in the US, was led by the original bassist Steve Priest, but the nobodies there kept it going even after Priest died. The current iteration of Yes only features Steve Howe, who only joined on the third album. He has the rights to the name, I think, so Jon Anderson , who is an original member, has had to tour playing Yes songs under other band names.
A lot of old vocal groups from the 30s and 40s continue to tour with members who are generations removed from the original lineup.
