I actually attended their last ever live show in Sydney, Australia back in 2007. Surreal to think that was their last ever live gig and yet they didn't even break up for like another 15-years, they should have done an Alive 2017 tour and made harder versions of their RAM material.

Thomas Bangalter seems to do lots of stuff on his own, producing for others in many different genres.
Guy-Man seems more or less retired now. Hasn't been involved in anything music-related even before the break-up.

People can hope but it won't happen anytime soon.
Remember when after RAM people kept saying next year was a new Alive tour coming.
