Based beyond belief, say what you will about their music but you have to love their practices compared to greedy bands like Phish that will charge you to watch a webcast and then won’t even let you rewatch it.

I see this opinion every now and then but don’t quite understand it. Is it just because the scene was smaller and the songpool was tighter? I’ve listened to a few shows from back then but they seem lacking compared to anything post Covid.

Bandcamp has a live feed of things being purchased. Can't go a minute without some Gizz album being bought. Every band should do this. Even small artists say they make way more money going NYP digital than whatever streaming was paying them.
