it's insane how every album by this band is a watered-down version of whatever is trending in the post-punk sphere. now they're doing their take on Fontaines D.C. a lame take. even their attempts at experimenting with autotune are lame, kitschy, even

they were very lucky to be categorized in a scene alongside a group of more talented people, namely the Windmill scene. and they've known how to take advantage of it. they do have some talent, i guess, after all. just not in music.
