++Ys, Untrue
+Grimes
- If you like crystal castles, check out TR/ST, their first album is called TRST and is like crystal castles but harder and dirtier
- Also, based on Ys and Grimes, you might like Julia Holter's new album. it's like....bjork took a few vicodin, in a really good way

the rest of you I dont know any of what you're listening to. good for you I guess

Good rec, thanks! I’m also currently listening to your vampire rodents album, good stuff.

>>127765528
++Grimes
What do you think of Miss Anthropocene? It’s divisive and I always like to hear the opinions of people who enjoy Visions. I personally love pretty much all of Grimes’ stuff.

Oooh, Rock Bottom. I was listening to a lot of Canterbury stuff a couple of months back, very good albums. Also, Trompe le Monde is underrated.

It is a grower. I didn't like it at first too, but after a while I've come to really love it. When you're expecting some of it's quirks, it makes a lot more sense. I used to hate "The Jitters" because it felt like it built up to nowhere, but now it's my favorite song on the album. I need to get into BoC.

funny you say that. In The Flowers was that song for me. I put on MPP, knowing nothing of Anco, and then hearing that track break open for the first time...music was never the same after that.

>>127766950
hah, that 2nd in the left column is Magdalena Bay's first record, if you like 80's synth pop. Based on your chart, you would probably really like Buyer Beware by The Men (center of my chart). It's my current AOTY

I have listened, and I come agree. If this were an all time top 10 thread then I'd have it on my chart for sure.
