you're trying to compare so many things at once, you're all over the place. nessun dorma AND spirited away soundtrack? pitch, "mood" (whatever that is), lyrics, pitch, vibrato etc. all in the same post?i don't know jack shit about vocals but your method looks absolutely fubar.take one singer, compare with others that are similar, try to isolate the ways in which they are similar, and the ways in which they're different. start from one point, or a few separately, not ALL of the fucking points, and gradually navigate through similar voices and maybe you'll start to see some structure.
