The synths on Pocket Full of Promises are ecstasy with a headphone listen, that steamy guitar solo thrown in, lol, then to the jangle-pop single Nightbirds, man, those synths are flying all around like a migration of birds leaving the season behind. Despite the fact of his trolling, that like all great artists, he's trolling the sincerity of his subjects, done of course from a place of misunderstanding, which is the most comfortable spot to be in, when artists create, his however, has taken to a begotten realm of muck. The song Picture Me Gone, is a perfect example of this, the sound of this song is not by accident, it's one of his sharper produced songs. Harsh and precise when placed by anything in Haunted Graffiti era.
