Why aren’t there more black lyricists like him? Sure he uses a lot of profanity like all rap music, but in a more esoteric way. I Want it I Need it is the only Death Grips song I can think of that’s like a “traditional” rap song, and even that one feels kinda tongue in cheek.
>>
Dude, he's just a poverty version of ODB.
And ODB was actually authentic.

Because satanism is cringe
>>

This. Also not music.
>>
>>127843133
Satanism is a meme. No one actually worships Satan. The ones that say they do only say that to spite their mommy and daddy. I think Stefan is just fascinated by occult imagery and themes.

There are more, I'm not into rap anymore, but in Soundcloud there used to be a whole intellectual and esoteric movement, but it just wasn't popular, some niggas are spiritual as fuck and I respect that, but in the modern poptimist era that doesn't sell, normies are too superficial and the world is too nihilistic, for americans it's all about flexing, too capitalistic, flylo was the only I remember who was very succesful making more esoteric or spiritual music with modern hip hop and electronic sounds, of course some alternative and jazz artists are esoteric por they are definetly not super popular
But it doesn't have to do with race, I mean you have European groups like wardruna and at first it seems like they have this very pagan and spiritual attitud, but it's all very gay and lame, very normie and pro globalist, jus aesthetic but not real because they don't want to be politically incorrect and real spiritualism doesn't have a place in this globalist atheistic (((world order)))
Every rapper, every folk musician, every singer, and pop artist who sings about something spiritual, it's always like tamed down and dumbed down for the masses, it's always bland and generic

>Why aren’t there more black lyricists like him?
probably because it doesn't sell
only white autists know who this person is

Erm...Dave Blunts?
>>
>>127843320
Imagine how many Rides it would take to equal Dave Blunts' mass

>No one actually worships Satan.
Moloch then, whatever
>>
>>127843435
Moloch worship is only legitimate with Jews. No one else can wield his power.
>>
>>127842927
Beware is also just an excellent piece of poetry. He is great but I feel like he rarely puts his absolute all in.
>>
>>127843481
The real ones or the fake ones?
>>
there are plenty of black rappers who rap about similarly reddit topics
>>
It's the same as DOOM to be blunt about it. I know most people here aren't well read but it's a common tradition in American folk stories to depict black men as Satanic or from an impossible reality. Tupac does it . And MC Ride changes his approach on a philosophical level. I e. DOOM the mc villain. 2pac the machiavellian And Ride with the native/primitivism angle
