What else should I be listening to if I’m new to techno but really love Basic Channel?

My pleasure. Picrel is an all-time favorite album of mine.

Nothing. Basic Channel is the logical conclusion of techno.

t. genre tourist that looked up the rym charts for techno

that depends, do you just like what you've heard so far or do you genuinely enjoy the older sounds? Just compared so some more modern techno like these, for example:

https://youtu.be/lC83vnaRjz8?feature=shared
https://youtu.be/AbmrZvAsnCs?feature=shared

if you like the older sounding stuff then yeah there are plenty of other resources for acclaimed releases like the other responses you got. Deep Space by Model 500 is a good one
