I'm beginning to think that Max Martin was shackled to a chair while Taylor took damn near complete command of all 12 tracks. This aunt rock is so uncharacteristic of him and obviously the lyrics are all Taylor's this time around. Album paid the piper BIG for letting cat lady take the wheel on production. Not her strong suit. What was the fucking point of hiring those swedes if she was just going to lock them in a basement? Not a single decent ear worm on this album not one.
