>download YouTube to mp3>put mp3s onto cheap mp3 player>listen to musicSimple.
>>127971663your phone is an mp3 playerand a calender, a clock, an alarm, a gps, a radio, a camera, a flashlight, etc
>>127971663you are better off downloading aac or opus from youtube I think those are the native formats they use. Dont reencode to mp3.
>>127971663or you could just use soulseek instead of downloading songs one by one like a fucking subhuman zoomtard
>>127971663>open Spotify>play musicSimpler.
>>127972599>he uses Spotify instead of supporting his favorite artists directly
>>127972258i love opus so much, and so does my phone with no storage upgrades
>>127972258they use AAC, which is a really good format for quality vs filesize but it doesnt matter because its all transcodes anyway. so many uploads, especially older ones, are likely to be mp3 which youtube transcodes to AAC for storage and streaming.
>>127972599>he uses Spotify instead of having a vast and immaculately curated library of lossless files
>>127971663Absolutely based. You can even try downloading as m4as from YouTube to preserve the quality the best you can from the site>>127972070Phone doesn’t have 500gb dedicated to tunes, and without half the storage dedicated to the operating system. Can take that mp3 player innawoods far from any cell reception and it will still function. Streaming is hell
>>127971663i do this too, based.>>127972599>retard pays for sounds arranged in an aesthetic waykek
The anti-Spotify police are out in full. If I want to listen to an album on Spotify, I look it up and press play. It uses no storage on my device, I don't have to wait for it or look through multiple versions. If I use soulseek I have to wait to download then store this file I may only use once. No thanks, get with the times unc.
>>127974179You need Spotify because your phone space is full of porn and anime game apps. We are not the same degenerate.
>>127974213I listened to ~500 new albums this year. I probably won't register to most of them. Why would I waste time downloading them when I can just listen on Spotify or YouTube?
>listen to full albums on bandcamp for free (all the actual good music is there)>really like 2-3 of the last 10 albums i heard so i buy them like 10 bucks each>add and listen to them in my musicbee library, cherish them for years and possible foreverthis is how you enjoy music properly
>>127973747If you’re broke just say that. When you have a woman in your car, with your phone connected, she doesn’t want to watch you fumble around on YouTube and sit through ads between songs.
>download Spotify on any device>listen to musicSimpler.
>>127971663the quality is sinply not good
>>127974431Yeah, until Bandcamp gets shut down. I'm all for supporting artists, but anything stored online can be shut down. You don't really "own" it.
>>127976116did you miss the part where i said that i add it to my musicbee library? i download everything onto my PC
>>127974261I only listen to the best songs off my favorite albums and ignore the rest of the crap
