1000 Fires was a criminally underrated record. It wasn't perfect but there are some proper club bangers (in particular Control) on there.

for real, she was great in the John Waters movies she was in (Crybaby and even the bit part in Serial Mom). kinda bummed they didn't use her music on the soundtrack for one of those.
