I like it a lot. I like it better than Californication. RHCP imo peaked at BSSM, but this is a good era. It's dark.

i heard that on the alternative rock radio fairly recently and it was a big nostalgia trip

Had the tape.
hated it.

You open the cassette and it's Flea and Keidis kissing on the lips and on the other side flea is holding a pink teddy bear.

I had lots of their tapes and listened a lot, but... nothing was good. Wasn't funky.

Probably because of navaro.

It went to the trash.
Never more disgusted with a release.

Dunno wtf they were thinking. Don't want to know. It's ok just my opinion.

Probably the best RHCP album but that isn’t saying much. Definitely better than anything Jane’s Addiction ever made.

It's great. I really prefer them darker and rockier with less mammajammacalifornia shit. It's wild that it hasn't undergone a critical evaluation after all these years, I guess the cult of Frusciante is still strong.
