Triarii is a good one. I'm not a big fan of their music, the whole authoritarian quasi-fascist aesthetic thing kinda wears thin with time when you're from a country that got ravaged by people liking it, more than once. But the name correctly captures what they're about - it's vaguely roman, it's military and there's "aryan" hidden in the wordplay.
Ladytron and Blanck Mass and "Head Technician" are in the same kind of "genre" of names - "it's women and electronic", "it's dark but it's also planck's mass so it's science and technical", "it's technical but it also is intelligent as in IDM"
I also like Placebo but mostly because it's just got a nice ring to it. I guess you could say it's meaningful because it's medical and I could certainly describe their lyrics as "sickly" but it's kind of tenuous.
3 Doors Down also rolls off the tongue nicely, but the music is ass. It would be a fitting name for Wheatus or their rip-offs though.
