That album is filled to the brim with great songs. Even the random deep cuts are amazing which is rare for pop music and pop-country. The instrumentation too.. my God. The guitar solo on Holdin Onto Love is euphoric, the fiddles on Don’t Be Stupid are hot enough to burn down the barn. The electronic songs have a great atmosphere as well. On top of that, Shania is an amazing singer and she’s beautiful as hell. She brings the girl power and fun teasing flirtiness without being a cringy man-hater. “That Don’t Impress Me Much” is so tame in comparison to the outright hatred some female singers have for men today.
