How can an album with no good songs be considered a classic?
>>128016914"no good songs"0/10. Troll harder.
>>128016932Not a troll. The songs are not good. Pinball Wizard is the biggest song from the album and it is annoying as shit.
>>128016914>songsPleb
>>128016914It's a fine album but The Who were never cut out for this type of ambitious rock, just comes off as pretentious, they should've stuck to writing dumb pop songs like My Generation>>128016949>song: a short musical composition of words and musicRetard
AND TOMMY DOESN'T KNOW WHAT DAY ITHE DOESN'T KNOW WHO JESUS WAS OR WHAT PRAYING IS
>>128017076Wtf ? If anything its one of the most unpretentious sounding ambitious "rock opera" kind of things. They arrangements aren't overblown and its mostly acoustic and all the songs are really catchy. Total classic album and most songs are really good. Only a few have that typical classic rock sound like pinball wizard. The rest are like psych pop
>>128016936Pinball Wizard isn't even one of the highlights. Amazing Journey, Cousin Kevin, The Acid Queen, Underture, Go to the Mirror, I'm Free and We're Not Gonna Take It are the best songs on it.
>>128016914the same reason a band with no good songs can be considered one of the greats
>>128017553>a band with no good songs can be considered one of the greatsName three (3) examples of this.
>>128017450These songs are not good. The melodies are very contrived and Daltry's voice sounds really bad on most of it.
>>128017450>Pinball Wizard isn't even one of the highlightsIt is.
