I don't know, it's crazy how little hype there was around Isn't It Now. Time Skiffs had a lot of hype, and then when Isn't It Now came out, there was no reaction. I assume it's at least partially because their label sucks and decided not to promote that album at all, which is insane given what that album was and what it means for Animal Collective in the full scheme of their music. It should have been the Ragged Glory of psych rock.

I agree. IIN is so much better than Time Skiffs, and yet to the general music crowd it seemed to be considered an afterthought. They could have handled the two album release much better. Maybe even trimmed the fat and released one great album and an EP.
