>my favorite Nirvana album is Bleach
What kind of person do you imagine?
>>
a guy who hates polish. always riding in the rough
>>
a coomer who thought it was a porn dvd and hadn't had a chance to watch it yet
>>
Well, School and Mr Moustache feature some badass riffing but the drummer isn't up to snuff
Should've re-recorded the entire thing with grohl on drums
>>
>>128105773
An ordinary contrarian who can't be caught liking the popular ones
>>
>>128105773
A retard
>>
>>128105773
Honestly 90% of people who say they “listen to Nirvana” never even heard Bleach so I think they would have some merit

There's a reason why Nirvana never played live about half of this album after 1991. Cobain knew a lot of them were meh
>>
Someone who listened to too much of the rest of their discography.
>>
>>128105773
this was reportedly Julianna Hatfield from the Lemonheads favorite Nirvana album.
>>
>>128109806
>never played live about half of this album after 1991
Because they had already been playing a bunch of those songs since 87 and were promoting two other albums from 91-94?
>>
>>128105773
I can see it being someone’s “favorite” (though they’re being contrarian even if they’re being honest) but I don’t think even the greatest contrarian would try to argue it’s the “best” album
>>
>>128105773
A person who knows
>>
>>128109992
Nah, the songs were just not on a par with 2 and 3 and they knew it.
I imagine it got very boring for them to keep playing songs from mostly 2 albums, but they only touched a few from Bleach era: Negative creep, School, About a girl, Floyd the barber and Blew from the EP. The others were very rarely played or not at all.

Also Love Buxz forgot that one
>>
>>128105773
why does it say banana
>>
>>128105773
a drugged out contrarian

a man of culture and taste

That's basically a normal amount to play from a first album when you also have a second album and a bunch of favourite b-side stuff you also enjoy playing live. Think about how long a set is and how much good material they had
>>
>>128110893
Well but they almost never played the rest of the songs from Bleach. There's a tracker on the Nirvanalive site where they list every show they ever played.
Also they have a song guide and they say some songs off Bleach were never played live or only once or twice.

So those songs I mentioned were picked becuase they were the only standout tracks. It definitely implies Cobain thought the others were not good enough for the bigger audience he had now

Me.
>>
>>128105773
The amount of lame faggots and random foreigners I see in public wearing Nirvana t-shirts has made me embarrassed to tell people that I like this band.
>>
>>128110954
Yeah okay just bear in mind there’s only so many songs that can fit on a setlist and you’re naturally going to want to play your new stuff and it’s Kurt we’re talking about so who knows what he was thinking
>>

That's ON YOU
Caring about shit like that
>>
Someone who prefers the melvins. I used to go hard to paper cuts, big cheese, school at least half the album deserve the early success.

That's your opinion, right

She was the fleshlight for the singer of the Lemonheads. She was a solo artist herself, from a rich New England family.
>>

IM A NEGATIVE CREEP AND IM STONED
>>
I like Bleach and the material on Incesticide more than everything else. I grew up with their music and didn't find that stuff until I got older. I know a lot of Nirvanafags feel the same. Like if you look at the comments on the youtube video of the infamous Argentina show the actual Nirvanafags are hyped as fuck to have a show with that specific setlist and a pissed off Kurt delivering those songs.

Love Bugz

I should probably link the actual video: https://youtu.be/BXlLqA2cj4s
>>
Also need to point out the best version of Negative Creep
https://youtu.be/3eaambRb9yU
>>
>>128109806
the good songs from it are some of their best and were better when they played them live later on like about a girl or blew
>>
Honestly my favorite. The lyrical content and delivery of so many songs is so sleazy and fucked up I can't help love it. Paper Cuts, Negative Creep, Scoff. All classics and top 10 Nirvana for me.
