Is there a market for rap metal/hip hop influenced nu metal today? Or is it entirely filled with nostalgic millennials who are just remembering the good times?
>>128218545>nostalgic millennials who are just remembering the good timesmillennials are irrelevant if someone does something actually good with metal and rap people will be into, sure
>>128218545rap metal just made people accept rap more. that was bad.
>>128218831Mainstream rap and mainstream metal are both pretty bad on their own, but combined they make a fun concept. Linkin Park and Limp Bizkit made objectively good and fun music.
>>128218545I don't think there's much of a market for limp bizkit because their new stuff is average at best. Linkin Park seem to be doing ok though. I think the only people listening to limp bizkit are in their 40's now
>>128219147>I think the only people listening to limp bizkit are in their 40's nowI feel the opposite. I feel like those people are old enough to remember when LB were critically panned and it was social suicide to admit that you liked them. I feel like teenagers today love them because they weren’t alive for their heyday and they’re disconnected from that shame.
>>128218545There is but you have to be good at it
