Those gangster rap samples and nigger narrators completely ruin the enjoyment and don't fit in a genre that originated in Europe, it feels so alien and inorganic. Other than that it seems to be influenced by extreme metal, punk, jungle, dnb, techno which are european adjacent in terms of soundscape unlike the aforementioned styles. Was this some kind of psyop?

Aside from a few Hellfish records that are just too good I've never been a fan either, but it's always been a thing. A lot of these guys were huge hip hop heads and hardcore techno is twice faster than hip hop, so it makes sense in a way. Try old french and german records if you want serious nihilistic industrial hardcore.
I guess it's because techno has African-American roots
