Why do I enjoy listening to music more during autumn than I do any other season? Does anyone else feel the same?

i always find autumn to be like a return to self. summer plans slow down, you have more alone time, more indoors time as it gets colder. listen to albums is usually a solitary act so i think it makes sense that it's a comfortable return to slowness and introspection

nice chart btw. The Cabs are pure summer energy for me but Kings of Convenience, Big Thief, SKM, American Football, all definitely autumn staples round here

the cabs are summer going into autumn for me. Also you're the only other person I've encountered who has heard of Kings of Convenience. Great artist.

That Van Morrison album is a great pick. Should've included it on the chart.
