whats /mu/ opinion on these?
>>128240591smiths but not good and an even worse vocalist
>>128240591This is my favorite REM songhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xdzg3wCZP3M
americas answer to the smiths, and not only cause both bands have homo queercicles for front men.they have been sort of forgotten, but so have bands like the police and lots of 80s alt rock. although if you played everybody hurts, losing my religion, its the end of the world as we know it, people would be like "oh yeah"
>>128240591relentlessly boring
Unbelievable that these guys influenced Radiohead in any shape or form.
>>12824059190% of their songs are mid but 10% are all-time classics which is a pretty good ratio considering how many albums they made
I like their song about andy kaufman
>>128240595>>128240665I always thought the Smiths comparison was funny because both lead singers sound like a Muppet
>>128240893jangly donald trump vs jangly kermit the frog
Find a flaw.
>>128241016chronic town mogs desu
>>128240591Micheal Stipe and R.E.M have been my #1 worst band of all time for almost 20 years now. Great band
