Hello /mu/, I need a quick help with a song title (can't really humm it or find via shazam, etc.)

It's very similar to the Tchaikovsky Nutcracker "March", but it's faster, a modern music with piano, twist or rock and roll like base. It was quite popular back then in radio stations playing music from the 2nd half of 20th century.

The part from 0:11 to 0:18 is identical, but what I'm looking for is much faster and done on piano while sort of rock and roll is the base. Even AI's didn't give me the song's name or author.
