it's obvious that even though he had like 5 years to craft a great album, he still rushed it in the end. there is a really good album in there somewhere but it's an unfinished mess bloated with dogshit verses, incomplete tracks (why the fuck is he MISSING from Twin Trim?), label-mandated features, and AI for some reason. is he too lazy to rap on his own songs? it just feels like wasted potential, like a lot of carti's career. he could've made something truly great if if he focused on one or two "sounds" or ideas, instead of cobbling together a bunch of random stuff he had floating around. someone needed to tell him No during the production of the album. what happened to the industrial/gothic vibes he was teasing in 2023/2024? the cave sessions? the photoshoots in weird concrete liminal spaces? it could've been an amazing followup to WLR but he was too busy being a mind broken drug addict and choking his pregnant gf. got music? nah we got fitpics and aura.it's really unsurprising though when you realise at his core he is just a deeply insecure perfectionist.
