Puerto Rico has literally hundreds of reggaetón classics.
The chilean rock / pop scene is literally pure swag.
But I think all things considered, México's got the best and most diverse music scene with shit like rock, pop, electronic and regional music. Argentina's also got a pretty good underground rap scene going right now.
