I stumbled on a Cobain family gathering homevideo on YouTube, and Kurt's family and extended family are there in the backyard, kids running around on a sunny afternoon, and there's Kurt looking absolutely emaciated, with barely the capacity to move physically, just smiling and starving hunched over in skintight twee clothes. I don't even wanna find the vid because it's so grim to me, even though no one in the vid acts otherwise about Kurt's terrible health. I mean, he was probably high on speed and glitching out, but Kurt looking 90 pounds, all of that depresses me to think about.
