Only for poor people. People with money can easily get fertility treatments like IVF and have healthy kids up until their 50s. And on top of that she probably froze a ton of her eggs in her 20s. This all costs 50-100k at least per pregnancy attempt though, and a pregnancy is not even guaranteed the first time, so needless to say it might as well not exist for average people.
