I know they're one of those slightly pompous yet relatively obscure prog rock bands from the 60's /mu/ loves to jerk itself off over like Gentle Giant and Can. I know they have that one album with that really cool screamy face on the cover. But I couldn't name a single King Crimson song, not even memeing, I really can't because they don't have any hits. They're the kind of band jazz musicians gravitate to like how people watch Christopher Nolan movies because it makes them feel smart. I'm sure King Crimson are very good but I'm just saying that other prog bands like Genesis and Pink Floyd eventually grew out of their prog phase and started writing actual good songs. That never happened to King Crimson. And now that dude goes on youtube and makes videos of himself covering Metallica and Slipknot songs while his aging wife bounces up and down on some kind of steam-powered electrical exercise bicycle causing her enormous udders to wobble about all over the place. This doesn't mean that King Crimson are bad. It just means they're not good.
