Nazis do not like art that can not be used for heartfelt or emotional purposes as nazism is inherently a sociopathic political ideology that views intentful art as less-than. Vulnerability is a big part of it, but more concretely than that, art places a grand deal of importance on the individual's ability to re-contextualize the world around them to convey emotion, and nazism is intent on a black-and-white mindset that allows no room for potentially subversive thought. Nazis do not like good art, and if they claim to, they are most likely lying and parroting off of it to portray some other kind of fascist politicking. The answer to OPs question is always, without fail, "because they can use it to make a point about Nazism."

it's a sad ideology, and its increased popularity should make you feel pity. it finds its comfortable adherents in its ability to relieve them of the burden of independent thought, which is a burden that someone with dignity must fight with every day. pity them.
