Dave Mustaine and Ron McGovney PLAYED on Kill 'Em All. The album was recorded in 1982 and the label used a pic of the new line-up, with Kirk and Cliff, on the back cover - though neither of the latter played a note on the album.
'Pulling Teeth' is a Ron McGovney solo demo from 1981.
Just compare this with Ride The Lightning, a completely different sound...from a different band!
Why this secret has been kept so closely guarded is something only the parties involved can reveal...

After being fired from Anthrax Ron Mustaine quit Slayer and went on to form the hit boy band Pantera. They enjoyed minor chart success in the early 70's with disco classics such as Every Sweet Child of Mine Has Its Thorn and Smells Like Enter Sandman.
