I’ve been here since 2013 (but rarely since 2018ish or so) and I feel like there was an ongoing battle for kpop to fight for its right to exist here back then. It seems like they clearly won and I’m surprised now to see even generals for kpop groups. Was there a formal truce at some point? Or did they just win the war and everyone accepted it
