It is quite literally just Atmospheric/Pagan Black Metal, it's not War shital, it's not Goregrind, it's not Thrash like "first wave" it's just plain and simply Black Metal and it is not considered to be anything else by anyone on earth but you. Every single website on the internet categorises and tags it as Black Metal, and you can hear the influence of Black Metal bands that came before in Bilskirnir's sound. Some of the riffs have a Rock feel to them, sure, but it's Black Metal through and through and no amount of being obsessed with avant-tard, proggy shit like Deathspell Omega and Blut Aus Nord will change that
