Largo police took a report in September from a man who claims Combs sexually assaulted him in 2020. While the victim’s name is redacted on the police report, music producer Jonathan Hay identified himself as the complainant in a since-removed social media post. Hay also confirmed he was one of the John Does who filed a civil lawsuit against Combs in July.According to Hay’s police report, Combs masturbated in front of Hay and asked the producer to “finish him off” in February 2020. Hay said he was in a state of shock and didn’t respond, and then Combs allegedly threw a “semen-stained shirt” at him.The report also details an incident that allegedly took place in March 2021, in which Hay says C.J. Wallace—son of the late Notorious B.I.G.—took him to a location where two men put something like a bag over Hay’s head. Then, Combs entered the room and allegedly forced Hay to perform oral sex on him.To corroborate his story, Hay provided Largo police with pictures and videos to show he was working with C.J. Wallace on a music project, which he said led to him being introduced to Combs. Ultimately, he said, this led to the alleged incidents.Last week, Wallace filed a counterclaim against Hay in Florida court, denying what he called “wildly false and defamatory allegations” as part of a “calculated smear campaign” to damage his reputation. Hay’s complaint requests a jury trial as well as compensatory and punitive damages.
