I don't think so. Yeah you can learn to become great at guitar, but a guys like EVH, Yngwei, Buckethead, etc, they all were amazing at a very young age. Not just having great technichal skills, but also composing. So i don't think everyone can become a virtuoso. But it doesnt really matter because most people think you can either play or not play. Doesn't matter how good you are, thats just for the plebs.
