>>128722149I don't think so. Yeah you can learn to become great at guitar, but a guys like EVH, Yngwei, Buckethead, etc, they all were amazing at a very young age. Not just having great technichal skills, but also composing. So i don't think everyone can become a virtuoso. But it doesnt really matter because most people think you can either play or not play. Doesn't matter how good you are, thats just for the plebs.

Steve Vai says anyone can do it but you need to practice at least 1 hours a day
