Alright /gg/ you can put any amp that fits and two guitars here, but that's all you can play for all of 2026.

All I need personally. I like 12" combos.

Yeah I'm talking Teles. They should put them on all models honestly because the flat top tele is a pain to play while standing. I've read somewhere they use the excuse that teles were built that way from the beginning so that's why they keep doing it but that's bullshit because then they ought to keep making them with just two singles and three saddle bridges.
>>
>>128803343
>flat top tele is a pain to play while standing
no they’re not
>>
>>128803366
Then please tell me how. I've got a Benton copy and it's got a belly cut but it's basically useless. I keep it hanging around dick level and it's really annoying to play because it lacks the arm cut. Getting my hand to rest on the bridge is nigh impossible without some weird ass body bending.
>>

Will probably fill out the pot holes to and reposition the pots in a better spot as well. Gonna be a big ass project honestly.

What’s the deal with the androgynous keytar droids?
You see this thing onstage and you don’t know what you’re supposed to feel.
Is it human? Is it a robot? Is it here to play synths or liberate the galaxy?
It’s got no gender, no expression, no emotion
just a shiny outfit and a keytar strapped on like a weapon.
Nobody dances, nobody claps… they just stare.
Like, “Am I allowed to enjoy this, or am I about to be judged?”
And why the keytar?
The piano wasn’t dramatic enough?
You had to wear it?
Nothing says “future music” like a robot going,
“Beep boop… here’s a funky bass line.”
And the crowd’s always confused.
Some people think it’s ironic.
Some think it’s art.
Some are just wondering if it needs to be charged after the set.

Whats the deal with early morning poster? Is he European? Does he not realize he missed the degenerates squabbling by only a couple hours? The worst part is he's the only guy responsible enough to have scheduled practice time, but they don't think he's rock and roll. He's too busy to be aloof! He even plays with a metronome. Im serious! Is he a guitarist or Paul Reed Smith's secret vibe repellant officer? He's so dull it's almost art. He knows tone wood is a scam, but he likes the pattern of the grain. This guys so disconnected from culture he would give Jeffrey Dahmer the creeps!

HI I am a professional luthier! A lot of people fall for the whole tonewood on electric guitars thing. The truth is, it's mostly a marketing thing! Sure, some hard very resonant woods like Brazilian rosewood can increase sustain but overall? The difference in sound between most woods on solid body electric guitars is negligible or at most, very minimal. The main things to think about when picking a wood for your electric guitar are in no order: Apperance, weight, cost, how it takes to certain finishes and how easy the wood is to work with. Tonewood really only matters on guitars that produce sound via the vibration of the wood itself ie: archtops, acoustics, hollow body electrics, etc.
>>
>>128808557
Sure, just be the best and most Chad member of Metallica. Other acceptable answers include Het and Mustaine.

what the hell guitar is that on the pink haired goblin on the right

>>
>>128811004
The guitar shapes with staying power (Strat, Tele, LP, SG, etc.) are so iconic because they represent the golden age of the guitar in the mid-late 20th century. Guitar got that spot in the cultural zeitgeist because it was loud, relatively cheap, and most importantly easy to get started with. Electric design is obviously unconstrained sonically (vs. acoustic) so the design can be informed by anything aesthetic, and the aesthetics of what guitar looked like when it was culturally dominant are basically the answer. I grew up on 70s rock so those guitars are just sort of the platonic ideal of an electric to me.

Strat looks good and is also a functional shape. it positions the guitar 'playing area' perfectly when seated. the cutaway allows access to upper frets. the upper horn balances the instrument when playing with strap.

Made me go check mine. My MG73 has a gut cut but no contour on the front, Vintera II Mustang has both contours and the Squier Sonic has none. It’s such a small body shape that it’s barely noticeable, maybe it’s my proportions but I’ve never had an issue with Telecasters and larger guitars with no contours.
