I've heard these two amazing albums, what other new age music should I listen to if I like these?
Oh come on, no one?
You probably would have done better with a picture on Enya as the thread image and said you're trying to get into the genre while giving those two albums as your starting off point. There's a Grammy category for best new age album that was broadened in 2023https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grammy_Award_for_Best_New_Age,_Ambient_or_Chant_AlbumI'd say give that a check, but Passion by Peter Gabriel won which I would absolutely not call new age.
>>128841075i know nothing about new age music u want me to lie or ask Grok for recommendations?
>>128841451@claude is this true
>>128840420are you the guy who's late to the party and JUST found out that oldfield's pretty good over at /prog/? he's in his own territory, can't find anyone who combined new age/prog/rock as well as he did, but you might like a lot of his later 90s/early 00s albums if you like the distant earth sound. none are thee exact same, but i always thought tubular bells 2 had that same "hippie worldly kind of electronic" sound.enigma are great, they owe a lot to enya if you haven't exhausted her discog already.
>>128841475I am indeed and made this threadThese two albums had a genuine healing effect on my soul
