Do you have music that helped you find sobriety?

Any songs that helped you through your hard times.

I was never an outright alcoholic, not sure if im allowed to answer, but i listened to just no music. Any excess stimulation just made me crave the "pushing it further" feeling.

Not really. Rather than listen to music I made goals and made an effort to achieve them. Making friends who are not using, going to meetings, making a life for yourself you want to live will do much more than listening to music regardless how great it is.

Here's a good one OP. Underneath the Bottle by lou Reed for accepting you're an alcoholic.
