I love Bowie but what a complete piece of shit this is besides the first track. At least on his first album he was trying to figure out the music he was making. This was after Low, Heroes, Scary Monsters, etc...

Yes it is. Don't Look Down, God Only Knows, Tonight, Neighborhood Threat, I Keep Forgettin, and Dancing With the Big Boys are all completely terrible so that's the majority of the album
