I feel like I am in a music slump right now. I used to be one of those guys who really could enjoy a lot of different stuff, but now I feel so particular that nothing resonates with me like it used to. All of the albums I used to love feel too familiar, and anytime I listen to anything new I'm hypercritical and can't really enjoy it. Am I just getting old?
Stop forcing yourself to listen to music, just chill out and play some video games cuhMusical burnout is a thing. Just save it for when you actually want to hear a particular piece of music because it's going through your head or something.

>>128887276UNHOLY KEK that should've been obvious. How could you not see it's all pretentious fart sniffing faggot tryhard nü-male söyboy softtard SHIT? You can tell just looking at the covers. Anyhoo, focus on exploring BANDS' DISCOGRAPHIES, not genres. You're guaranteed to build YOUR ACTUAL FUKKKING PERSONAL TASTE that way, complete with favorite bands and everything, instead of being a disgusting, pathetic mutard drone.
Maybe it's just that you've already listened to a good amount of music and has already consolidated your taste.
