I always thought Babyshambles were better, speaking of which I caught them this year on their reunion tour and they were great. Pete seems to to have lost most of the weight and their new stuff is more of that white boy Reggae kinda thing.

I got into the Libs back in 2019. Before that, Lou Reed was my favourite artist. When I say I’ve listened to Up the Bracket and the self-titled album thousands of times, I mean it. A few months later I discovered Babyshambles, and I honestly connected with that much more. It felt rawer and messier, more real, you get me? Now I’ve got a small playlist made up of some Libertines tracks, some Babyshambles, and a bit of Peter’s solo stuff. I can’t stand Carlos’ work.
