I've been following this rumor since January 2023 when a photo of Jungkook and a girl with a black bob leaked (said to be taken Jan 2023 but some argue it was actually taken Nov - Dec '22). Around the time this photo leaked is when I started hearing gossip from people who are more in-the-know that he's been seeing Winter since Nov. 2022, but at the same time there were rumors that Jungkook was going through a pretty big breakup in Nov. 2022...Now, with Lee Yubi appearing to send a lot of shade to Winter during these times, I am leaning towards maybe him cheating on Yubi with Winter... (?) Although, I will say I always believed Yubi when she said she ain't ever met that man, because usually if a Korean celebrity lies it does more harm than telling the truth.BUT, it's very possible that Winter and Jungkook were casual/on and off/ or just fwb and would explain all the other women...
