I actually can't decide. They're both masterpieces.

Ranking his 70s period from favorite to least:
1. SITKOL
2. Talking Book
3. Music of My Mind
4. Where I'm Coming From
5. First Finale
6. Innervisions
7. Secret Life of Plants
8. Signed Sealed Delivered.

Innervisions is tighter and would be my pick. But I don't like Golden Lady that much, he does the 'keep modulating up a half step forever' in too many songs. Yes it's impressive but it gets old
Everything else on the album is fantastic though especially the ballads

SITKOL for me but FFF is a close second. Massively underrated by his standards.

Some of the best romance music created, especially considering he basically impromptud the entire thing. But personally I prefer Marvin Gaye for the political and Sly for the funk music. Romance, Wonder's takes the cake though.

I prefer Innervisions. All killer, no filler imo. Also some songs go on for a bit too long, like Isn't She Lovely.
