>go to bar>chill vibes>notice a laptop on far end of the bar>go over toward it, realize it's just spotify and being used as the bar jukebox>queue Woodpecker No. 1 by Merzbow>leave

Mm. Thank you for reminding me. I love this album. Deep psychedelic textures. Massages my brain and induces vivid imagery and emotional landscapes.
>zoomer discovers Wyatting 20 years later
>>129038064i am well familiar with wyatting, it's what introduced me to the idea
>>129037997Wow. So edgy. And they didn't just shut it off after 10 seconds. Back when I used to bartend, the place had an internet jukebox, and when people still wouldn't leave well after last call, I'd put this on, and no one could stop it. Would usually clear the room pretty quickly.
>>129038064Practically every place that has an internet juke has a killswitch behind the bar.
>>129037997I was at a bar where a DJ was doing a '90s gimmick for charity (pay $2, play a song. Pay $7, skip the current song for your song.) I got him to put on Worms Plastic Earthbound. Most of the bar just ignored it except for a guy who came in from a cigarette, he was more than happy to pay to stop it. It played for roughly 4 minutes and raised $9 for an animal shelter.
Factual AND hilarious
>Go to bowling alley>They have a digital jukebox>Request a bunch of weird ass Frank Zappa songs>A bunch of young ass zoomers crowd the jukebox as they're playing>They look at it like they're fucking confused at what's playingWas worth it. I found that most of the time people requested shitty ass rap, hip-hop, trap and modern latin shit though.
>>129038064i used to sneak and do this with Pharoah's Dance by Miles Davis at bars and just sit around and watch the reactions. had no idea it was an actual thing
