What are some labels similar to chain reaction wrt having a restricted and defined aesthetic/vision and only existing briefly? Genre doesn't matter but anything electronic would be especially appreciated

That kind of impenetrable mystique is vanishingly rare in today's world. There is a definite magic to the CR stuff though, its a lot more metallic and alien sounding than much of what was done before or since.
