Why do zoomers seem to hate classic rock bands? I've noticed many classic rock bands like The Who and Led Zeppelin with lower scores than what they used to have.

>>129076299I can only give my subjective opinion, and take based on others born >1995 I know, 70s rock was impressive, WAS, back then, before a lot of rock bands came out in the 80s-00s, The Strokes, The Arctic Monkeys QOTSA, heck even Fall Out Boy beats the Who and Led Zeppelin, MCR albums in particular mogs them so badly, even if you made a 12 "greatest hits" compilation it still would take one hell of a beating. Not even Black Sabbath is that great, sure there are amazing songs like A National Acrobat, Paranoid etc... but the albums only have 8 songs, with 1 instrumental, and 1-2 fillers. The only 70s rock album, in my opinion, that can actually compete with MCR toe to toe is Rising, but it only has 6 songs, so it automatically loses.
