Nobody comes here anymore. A lot of people used to come to /mu/ and not care about the rest of 4chan. Now this board is primarily people who post on other boards, but will occasionally refresh their /mu/ tab.

4chan as a whole is on a downward trend because its a festering pile of shit and people want controlled spaces and notifications telling them others agree, you just notice it more on /mu/ because it was slower and now its just dead. Ironically shit like discord helps ensure it will never be what it was before. It would take 4chan having any semblance of cultural relevancy again to bring in new people to revitalize it, but then youd also have a push back of "fuck off were full" to drive the incoming normies away. The engrained culture of 4chan would have to change to such a degree to bring in and keep these people it probably would kill the things you enjoy about it anyway and it would just become 'reddit but anonymous.' I admire the goal but theres no going home again.Now if you want to bring back webrings Im all ears.
