Realistically, as long as there's an F and a A in there (E1+A0, D3+G2, B6+e5, etc), and your bass and treble lines aren't falling apart, your "F chord" is doing its job. Shell voicings ("What is the least I can do here and still get the point across?") are a thing - absolutely necessary in jazz when the chords have more notes to them than you have fingers or strings.

you just have to practice it hard until your hand is powerful, wait til you think you got it and then you arpeggiate and one note is slightly muted, or play a modified version with an extra note from the barre and suddenly thats tougher, like Fm thats what you wanna do over and over because then you're putting pressure on almost the entire barre, i went mad on my first 2 years learning guitar and got through all that shit, funny years later hearing people say barre chords are impossible, whats impossible is transitioning from one shape to another down the neck rapidly without the tiniest space of muted sound inbetween
