IMO there's always been a great side of industrial and a shit side of industrial. The great side finds beauty in noise, and the shit side is annoying, retarded dance music. I love early stuff like Einstürzende Neubauten, SPK, and Test. Dept., I love heavy stuff like Godflesh and Author & Punisher, but I hate shit like the OP pic, Skinny Puppy, KMFDM, and all that retarded cyber rave crap. It's like autistic kids who smell bad and aren't cool enough to go to an actual rave

Not a bad album. Despite the lyrics, Emilie's a great instrumentalist and a good composer. Veering away from industrial, I also liked some of Rasputina's stuff, and obviously Apocalyptica's had some good stuff too.
