In general they don't listen to music but rather they want to be thought of as having the best taste.
So look for albums that are obscure, preferably expensive and sounds like an intellectual exercise rather than something you listen to for enjoyment.

Something he clearly didn't believe, since he picked everybody's pockets to an unprecedented extent in the nation's history, while also hampering free enterprise with the CRA kneecapping freedom of association, and we're still living with the consequences of his emburdenment sixty years later!

If you can convince the lowest welfare recipient the money is "free", they won't *care* you're picking other people's pockets to get it.

Some anon recommended this in some Scenery bait thread. It's not bad. It's lively and moves along at a good pace, even if the rhythms are boxy and flat, and the improvisation sections seem sorta whatever. I feel like a single 4 minute song by Ornette Coleman or David Murray has more unique stuff going on than this entire album, though. Like most stuff that's prog-adjacent, there's a stubborness in keeping all of this fat untrimmed.

madlib, brand new heavies: heavy rhyme experience, guru's jazzmataz, gangstarr, pete rock. us3 hand on the torch was a big crossover hit, sort of commercial but check it out. Herbie Hancock and Bill Laswell did a bunch of hip hop and dance influenced stuff.

new york boom bap era tended to use jazz samples often, wheras other styles pretty much never did. arrested development had a really prominent ramsey lewis sample and probably some others.

Exactly, guitar is easier to learn but hard to master, that's why blacks are the ones who excel, they have the soul, the blues in them. 85 great white pianists can't match one great black guitarist, sorry but its true. White people turned the guitar into a total joke with their normie-friendly rock music.

Okay, cool argument, but piano isn't eighty-five times more common than guitar in jazz

It unironically is, try listening to more jazz.

There are no solo drums or double bass albums so no, piano still is the most recorded jazz instrument through history.

even if true theyre just slaves to Europeans who created the music
>>
>>129222881
classical performers are slaves to written notes, jazz performers transform classics into something new and transcendental. which is why jazz is the superior genre.
